Works on Paper
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Looking after your paintings
Please note that with all works on paper, the paintings should not be hung in direct sunlight or really bright rooms as the colours may fade after a period of time.
We strongly recommend using a non-reflective, UV & Museum Glass for framing due to the nature of the works on paper.
Fine Art Prints
All our art prints are Open Edition prints unless otherwise specified. All reproductions are giclee prints using museum quality archival inks. The colour and detail is almost identical to that of the original painting, which is something we strive for. (Almost everyone who has visited the studio has mistaken our prints for the original painting).
What is the difference between an Open Edition and Limited Edition Print?
Limited Edition Prints are more valuable and exclusive because there is only a limited number of prints that have been produced.
Our etchings have been printed by master printmakers at C.A.P Studio, and our silkscreen prints at JoJo Kobe Gallery; both in Chiang Mai Thailand.
What print sizes do you offer?
A4 Size: 210 X 297mm/ 8.3 x 11.7”
A3 Size: 297 x 420mm/ 11.7 x 16.5”
A2 Size: 420 X 594mm/ 16.5 x 23.4”
A1 Size: 594 x 841mm/ 23.4 x 33.1”
* Please note that all artwork in square format will be printed to fit within the width of the selected paper size.
What type of paper do you use?
Awagami Fine Art Papers, which are crafted exclusively in Tokushima, Japan with the artistry and knowledge gained from 8 generations of papermaking. These papers are made with A+ rated natural fibers to yield sheets of expressive surface and impressive character.
In the unlikely event that Awagami Paper is not available at the printers, we use Hahnemühle Bamboo Paper. It is the world’s first FineArt inkjet paper made from 90% bamboo fibres, for a natural look and environmentally friendly paper production. The unique combination of sustainable bamboo fibres, soft surface texture and impressive print quality gives the artwork outstanding expression and soul.
Picture Framing
Picture Framing is only available to customers in Australia, Singapore and Thailand only.
We are excited to be able to offer framed prints in Black, White and Tasmanian Oak* Wood. All our prints are mounted onto 5mm foam board and then box framed. There will be a white border between 3.50cm – 7cm from A4 – A0, which is incorporated with the image and is part of the paper surface area. We also use high quality clear acrylic perspex rather than glass.
